Only one vb800 account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device, all accounts will be suspended and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Vb800 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount or when any suspicious activity is detected.

For KYC verification, you'll need to submit one of the following documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. A recent selfie and proof of address may also be requested.

• All submitted documents must be clear and legible.
• The verification process is typically completed within 24–72 business hours.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and category.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match ("arbing") is prohibited.
• Accounts showing suspicious betting patterns may be flagged for review.

Vb800 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. Accepting a bonus means you also agree to those specific terms.

Winnings from bonuses generally cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically the bonus amount multiplied by 30). A time limit also applies for completing these requirements.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new account.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be submitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Vb800 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb800 platform. Anyone found engaging in such activities will have their account permanently closed, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Using hacking, cracking, or unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Vb800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of rule violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

Users may also close their account at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, vb800 offers a voluntary self-exclusion option. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the designated period ends.

• Any active bets will be settled before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
• If the account is closed in good standing, any verified balance will be returned.
• Contact the support team to request self-exclusion.

Vb800 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity disruptions. Transaction failures caused by the user's device or network are not the responsibility of vb800.

Betting is a risky activity. Users are solely responsible for any financial losses. vb800 does not and will not guarantee winnings. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

• Vb800 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Vb800 is not liable for account hacks but will provide assistance.
• Vb800 is not responsible for any third-party websites or apps outside the platform.

Vb800 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website before changes take effect, and registered users will be notified by email where possible.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to vb800's senior committee. The final decision on all disputes rests with vb800 and will be considered binding on both parties.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• The support team generally provides an initial response within 24–48 hours.
• Platform logs and records will be treated as authoritative evidence in any dispute resolution process.
• Complaints can be submitted in both English and Bengali.
